In this class, not only we will speck french ( and we really can if you want ! ), but we will explore some of the most famous french recipes, mastering different cooking techniques like the sautéing, the searing; the egg white beating, the infusion, the creaming and more.
At the end you will enjoy what we made during the class in the classic Atmosfera Cucina style lunch.
