One of my favorite class and pastry preparation: the choux pastry, edible gems!
Plenty of practice and techniques for this class: mixing choux pastry by scratch and piping like a pro. Together, we will create the classic chocolate profiteroles and their filling, cream puffy and savory cheese puffs called “gougères” .
The choux size is ideal for an entertaining and buffets and can be adapted from savory appetizers to sweet desserts.
