Menu: Mont Blanc - Chocolate Mendiants

Class Description:

Holidays season is in the air…! Let’s celebrate it with a special dessert and a timeless pastry gems: the Montblanc and the Chocolate Mendiant. They both require some techniques and a hint of magic.

To me, nothing can be more festive than an homemade sweet meringue filled with chestnut cream and marrons glacés and the  beautiful chocolate Mendiants served on a an antique stand cake. I would love to share this magic with you!
